You will be welcomed by our friendly Audiologist, who will guide you through the process:

• Examine both ear canals and eardrums with an otoscope to ensure a clear fit

• Explain how our ears work (age-appropriate, if relevant)

• Take professional moulds for your custom plugs

• Advise on optional extras, such as mould colours, carry cases, and neck ties to keep your plugs safe and accessible

After your appointment, your moulds will be sent to our trusted supplier to create your custom-made ear plugs. The best part? They can be delivered directly to your home in around 3-4 weeks.
