What happens in an appointment?

You will be greeted by our friendly Audiologist, who will guide you through the process below:

• We take a full ear history and ask you about any difficulties you are having with your hearing
• Full examination of both ear canals and ear drums with our Otoscope to ensure they are clear for the perfect fit.
• Explanation to client of how our ears work (if appropriate)
• Professional moulds are taken 
• Advice on optional extras such as ear mould colours, carry case to keep your plugs safe and a neck tie to keep your plugs within reach when you need to pop them in and out. 

After your appointment, your moulds will be sent off to be professionally created by our trusted supplier and the best part is that your custom-made ear plugs can be conveniently sent directly to your home in around 3 weeks.

However, if you have never used ear plugs before, we understand that it may take some time to adjust to them. That's why we offer a free fitting service at our clinic. Our experienced staff will guide you through the process and show you the best and safest way to insert the plugs into your ears.
