The whole process of booking an appointment and the subsequent experience was smooth, painless and effective. It was easy to book the appointment online. On the day I received a friendly and efficient welcome from Helen the receptionist and then Helen Green the nurse carried out the microsuction in a calm, efficient but patient-sensitive way. All very professional and I would definitely use them again.
